Sales Head

Job Overview

 We Need candidates who can manage sales and lead team in our Defense institute.

The Sales head acts as a thinker who should be able to develop and execute plans for resulting successful student acquisition in our defense coaching - Major Kalshi Classes in Tagore Town Allahabad and to provide professional advice to any prospective student / parent who is interested in studying courses offered by the Institute.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Marketing & promoting the programs (cources) offered by Major Kalshi Classes, and recruiting students.
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales target and expand our customer base.
  • Establish & maintain working relationship with the authorities. 
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Hardcore and consistent follow up of sales team and to supervise the utility of time and resources to the sales team.
  • Opportunity to taking highest decisions of sales and sitting with the board of directors.
  • Monitor and improve team performance.
  • Submit Team promotional plans.
  • Guiding students on courses.
  • Maintaining day to day MIS reports as required.
  • Should be able to execute, and monitor the successful student recruitment.
  • Should be able to achieve clear targets set – daily, weekly & monthly.
  • Suggest action plans when things are deviating from the standard or actual goals.
  • Establishing and maintaining good report with prospective students.
  • Reporting to the Management on MIS regarding successful recruitment of students.
